ABOUT THE PROJECT

In this project, Maquigestión Europea was responsible for the design and installation of the scaffolding system for façade work at the Parc Tecnològic of València, an environment requiring maximum precision, safety, and minimal operational interference.

Wellness Building.
The WELLNESS Business Center, located in the Paterna Technology Park, is part of a complex made up of two four-storey office buildings, the four-star “Mas Camarena” hotel, and an aparthotel. Maquigestión Europea carried out the installation of 460 linear meters of sliding electric scaffolding for the maintenance of the Wellness Building in the Paterna Technology Park (Valencia). The design of Maquigestión Europea scaffolding allows for permanent installation on any building without causing a negative visual impact.

What is the maximum height that your scaffolding can reach?

What lifting and lowering speed do the motors have?
They have a lifting speed of 7-10 m/min and a lowering speed of 5-8 m/min.
How do the scaffolds move horizontally?
We have motorised sliding systems that allow lateral translations both on site and between work zones, avoiding unnecessary disassembly.
Do the systems comply with European standards?
Yes. All our equipment complies with standard UNE-EN-1808:2000 and is certified by AENOR, guaranteeing maximum quality and legal compliance.
How many traverse and lifting motors does each unit have, and how many cantilevers?
Each unit carries two of each. As well as two cantilevers per unit.
What maintenance do they require and how do you carry it out?
Our systems require periodic inspections according to the user manual. We provide preventive maintenance and technical support to ensure optimal and prolonged use.
